We have guests at home and we think about what we do for dessert?

We have to look good, since they are the culmination of a good meal or dinner. In this restaurant dessert workshop in Tarragona, we want to take away your fear and help you prepare desserts that could be on the menu of any restaurant, so you can be a perfect host.

From their recipes, in this workshop we will learn different basic techniques of pastry: technique of making mousses, jams and toffee sauces; processing and baking pastry dough and puff pastry; and elaboration and differences between English cream, pastry and Catalan. Limited spaces
