On October 9, 2010 (Saturday ), there will be a technical visit to the GREAT THEATER LICEU AND CASTLE OF MONTJUÏC, in Barcelona.
The transfer will be done by coach, and the itinerary will be as follows:
06.20 h Departure from Tortosa, Fish Market.
07.20 h Departure from Reus, Passeig Mata (before the residence of the retirees).
7.30 pm Departure from Tarragona, Imperial Tarraco Square (opposite the Universistat).
9.15 a.m. Guidad technical visit to the Liceu building, to know the architectural part, without forgetting its functionality as an opera house.
11.15 a.m. FREE TIME AND FREE DINING.
4pm Technical guided tour of Montjuïc Castle. 6:00 p.m. Return with the corresponding stops.
GREAT THEATER LICEU
Guided technical visit to Engineers and Architects, with the aim of presenting the building from an architectural point of view (characteristics of its structure, general installations, acoustic project ...), without forgetting its functionality as a theater of opera
It includes a tour of the technical and service spaces and lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes.
The spaces to be visited are: Historic lobby La Rambla, stage tower (5th floor), orchestra essay hall, foyer, stage, lower box, hall of mirrors, scenic essay hall, Sant Pau lobby , living room (Platea) and terrace.
CASTLE OF MONTJUÏC
The route will be for all the grounds of the castle: arsenal, dungeons, tanks, gazebo, glacis and foundries, bastions, etc. An explanation of the type of construction and a historical route from the first construction to the present time will be made.
Guided technical visit by people specialized in military engineering and the Catalan bastion.
It lasts for 2 hours.
MAXIMUM NAME: 20 places very limited (for organizational matters, the Gran Teatre el Liceu did not allow us more inscriptions).
NOTE: Because places are very limited, only registered and accompanying students can register. The Liceu offers us the possibility that the companions (thought about the spouse / wife) of the enrolled ones make a visit in parallel to the technique, the spaces and scenes of the Liceu.
