Once again, this course is organized and addressed to all those manufacturers of machinery that have the responsibility to draft the technical file prescribed in the Directive of machines, the personnel of companies that use work teams with responsibility of the project of adaptation of the old machines and their jobs to the minimum dispositions, and their documentary justification.
This will be carried out by Mr. Alfons de Victoria and Pou, Head of the Certification and Essay section, of the General Directorate of Consumer and Industrial Safety, of the Department of Industry, Commerce and Tourism of the Generalitat of Catalonia.
PROGRAM OF THE COURSE
· Brief exposition of the legal framework
· Parallelism between the Machine Directive and RD 1215/1997: the essential requirements of the DM and the minimum provisions of RD 1215.
· Parallelism between the technical file of the new machine manufacturer and the implementation project (PPC) of the employer user of old machines
· Concept of compliance pursuant to RD 1215/1997
· Harmonized safety standards for machines
· The technical file of new machines and the complete project of conformance of used machines
· Information to the users
· Additional precautions
· Final risk check
SCHEDULE: from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
