[COURSE] THE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER. Face-to-face mode

Addressed to: Engineers who are in the construction sector: working in engineering, installation companies, construction companies, public administrations, developers, auditing companies or technical inspection companies.

Legislation and regulations applied:

The course is framed within the current legislation in the field of engineering and construction project management, mainly:

  • Building Planning Law (LOE)
  • Technical Building Code (CTE) and sectoral technical regulations (RITE, REBT, etc.)
  • Royal Decree 1627/1997 on Safety and Health in Construction and Law 31/1995 on Prevention of Occupational Risks
  • Public Sector Contracts Law (LCSP) and basic private procurement regulations
  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, as well as ISO 21500/21502 for project management and ISO 31000 for risk management
  • BIM regulations (ISO 19650 series) and application guides
Documentation: The documentation will be available on the platform between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the training. If there is additional documentation once the training has ended, we will provide it to you later.
Certification: Once the training action has been completed, students will obtain a certificate of attendance that can be downloaded from the platform.
