[COURSE] THE ABC OF ACTIVITIES, INTRODUCTION, BASIC CONCEPTS AND VARIOUS CASE STUDIES. Face-to-face mode

Hours: From 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Duration: 2 hours
Place: At the CETIT facilities, Av. from Rome, 7 from Tarragona.

Programming:
  • Types of procedures (communication and license) and minimum documentation to be submitted in each case (formal and material requirements).
  • Previous actions to be carried out according to the different types of activities (fires, commerce, health, food, etc.).
  • Basic concepts and diverse casuistry (tasting/bar, background music/musical atmosphere, establishment height, sanitary rooms, smoke outlet, air conditioning, ventilation, sound limiter/recording limiter, extraordinary activities, substantial change/non-substantial change, significant change/non-significant change, occupancy/capacity, etc.).

  • Law 20/2009 (prevention and environmental control of activities)
  • Law 11/2009 and Decree 112/2010
  • REPAR (public shows and recreational activities)
  • Law 3/2010 (fires)
  • Decree Law 1/2009 (commercial facilities)
  • Decree 75/2020 (tourism)
  • Other applicable sectoral regulations.
Objectives:
  • Achieve basic concepts established both in the regulations that regulate the processing of different types of activities and in the applicable sectoral regulations.
  • Types of procedures (communication and license), minimum documentation to be submitted and prior actions to be carried out in each case.
  • The main objective is that the technical documentation complies with the formal and material regulatory requirements and that the mandatory prior actions are complied with.
  • In this way, the time required to obtain the corresponding qualification to start the activity will be reduced.
Documentation: The documentation will be available on the platform between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the training. If there is additional documentation once the training has ended, we will provide it to you later.
Certification: Once the training action has been completed, students will obtain a certificate of attendance that can be downloaded from the platform.
Bonuses: We manage the procedures so that you can benefit from the corresponding training bonus.

Cancellation of registrations:

Depending on the registrations made, the training action will be viable or not, for this reason it is important that you notify cancellations.

Cancellation must be communicated 48 hours before the start of the training via email formació@cetit.org, otherwise 100% of the amount of the training action will be invoiced.

Images and recording of the course: we inform you that, in compliance with the provisions of the RGPD, the current legal regulations on data protection and Law 1/1982 on civil protection, the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image, photographs will be taken during the course and in certain cases they will be recorded and/or broadcast live. In no case will the name of the Interested Party be published. The image is used legitimately by the legitimate interest of the College to promote these courses and their possible subsequent viewing by attendees.

Due to the fact of attending, these images will be kept and while the course is posted on the platform. Once the deadline for later viewing has passed, it will no longer be posted on the platform and the images will be deleted with appropriate security measures.
