| Modality: | Online for streaming. It allows the live broadcast of the course through the virtual classroom with the CISCO WEBEX platform. It can be done from the place you want, with computer, mobile or tablet, and allows you to follow the course live with the teacher, participate in solving the exercises, ask questions in situ, listen to the queries of other attendees and follow the teacher's notes on the board. Once the training is over, attendees will be able to consult the recordings of the course in their private area, if these have been previously authorized by the teacher of the course or managing entity. |

| Targets: | As an engineer or technician, do you know the responsibilities of the agents involved in a work, the functions of a foreman and those in charge? Do you know the management systems to improve profitability and make more profit? Do you know how to create a UTE and what types are there? Do you know what the types of works contracts are? And how should certifications and invoices be made according to these contracts? You will find the answers in this course, as on the one hand, it allows professional training to work as a Construction Engineer, as well as offering attendees an overview and a specific view of the world of construction works and technical facilities. The most important and fundamental aspects for its management are also exposed, in order to know where it is at any given time (activity, activity in progress, profitability, etc.). All this with a double purpose: first of all to fulfill the essential commitments of the works on the part of the intervening agents; and, secondly, that the joint work that the Construction Manager must carry out with his Construction Manager, of the works that they manage be as efficient as possible, in order to make them more profitable, in order to increase the profit of the company. The course focuses on pedagogy, debate and dialogue, through theory, brainstorming and the resolution of two cases. |

| Conditions: | Cancellation of registrations: Depending on the registrations made, the training action will be viable or not, which is why it is important that you notify the cancellations.
