Access to the platform May 28. Classes on-campus June 17 and 18 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Place:
Classes will be held at the headquarters / facilities where there is more participation of students (TARRAGONA / TERRES DE L'EBRE (TORTOSA), and will be transmitted by videoconferencing at the corresponding headquarters / installation.

PART I. Introduction to the module

  • Judicial and Litigation - Talking before a Court.

PART II. Behavior and communication before a Court

  • The background and the form of an oral presentation.
  • Guidelines for behavior before a Court.
  • Communication techniques and resources to attract the attention of the Court.

PART III. Structure and development of an oral presentation before a Court.

  • The architecture of a good exhibition.
  • The construction of clear and concise messages.

PART IV. Role Playing - Tough situations in the views.

  • Guidelines for complicated situations: interruptions, "care" with another expert, 'surprises'.
Recipients:
Any professional who in the exercise of his profession has to defend an expert report before a Court of Justice.

What is the FTFE?
The TRIPARTITA FOUNDATION FOR TRAINING IN EMPLOYMENT is the body that regulates, controls and administers the annual credit that all companies have to train their employees. With this credit, the allowances are deducted through payments to the Social Security, through the TCs. Who can bonify? Workers who are listed in the general regime.
