In accordance with article 14.2, letter c, of this Law, industrial engineers and graduate engineers qualified for this profession are among those administered that must obligatorily be related to the Administrations by telematic means for the Procedures and actions that they carry out in the exercise of their professional activity, since for their profession compulsory schooling is required (article 14.2, letter c, of the Law).
Likewise, this provision establishes that they are obligated to relate electronically with the Administration to all legal entities, as well as those who represent them and, consequently, engineering societies will also be affected (article 14.2, letter a, of the Law).
However, the Law has delayed until October 2, 2018, the entry into force of the provisions on the majority of instruments that make it possible for the administration to operate electronically (seventh final provision).
Logically, it should be interpreted that the obligation to interact electronically with the Administration is also postponed to those who, by law, are obligated.
