- Elections to the Governing Council:
- Secretary (three years)
- Treasurer (three years)
- Auditor (one year)
Nominations must be submitted in writing to the mutual society before 15 hours on the 15th of April indicating the position that is chosen, which can not be attended by more than one.
- Elections to a member of the Financial Control Commission (one year)
Nominations must be submitted by writing to the mutual society before 15 hours on April 15.
- Elections to a member of the Internal Control Committee (one year)
Nominations must be submitted by writing to the mutual society before 15 hours on April 15.
