WINE TASTING. A SENSORY EXPERIENCE IN THE EBRO LAND

Last Thursday, March 27, Enginyers Tarragona held a very special activity at the Tortosa headquarters that captivated all attendees: a wine tasting that became a true sensory experience.

The event was a great success, with great participation and excellent evaluation from the public.

The session was led by Ivan Busquet, professor at the Gandesa Agricultural School, renowned winemaker and owner of the La Bruixa dels Mudefes winery. With a friendly and didactic style, Busquet was able to convey his passion for wine and the territory, connecting with the attendees from the very beginning. The tasting included a careful selection of seven wines, each of which was presented with a brief but enriching explanation.

Participants were able to discover the characteristics of each wine, as well as the particularities of its production process, the grape varieties and the singularities of the Terra Alta area, a wine region with a great personality.

The activity not only allowed people to enjoy the flavors and aromas of the wines, but also to delve deeper into the wine culture of Terres de l'Ebre, promoting knowledge and appreciation of local products.

Without a doubt, an experience that left its mark and that reinforces the College's commitment to promoting cultural and quality activities in the territory.
