However, many companies are unaware that each year they have a training credit that, if not used, is lost ** . Thanks to the FUNDAE bonus, it is possible to fully or partially recover the cost of the courses taken by employees through bonuses on Social Security contributions.
** With the exception of companies with < 50 employees , the credit can be accumulated for up to three years. To do this, the credit reservation option should be clicked upon joining before June 30 of the current year.
What is the FUNDAE bonus?
The State Foundation for Employment Training (FUNDAE) manages a system that allows companies to invest in training without increasing their costs , as long as they have workers on the staff and contribute to Social Security.
In practice, this means that:
- The company carries out the course
- The training action is communicated to FUNDAE
- Once completed, the bonus is applied directly to social security.
It is not a grant: you do not have to wait to receive money.
