REGULATORY BASES FOR THE GRANTING OF AID TO SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES FOR THE CONTRACTING OF ADVISORY SERVICES FOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Today, January 28, Order TDF/38/2026, of January 26, has been published in the BOE, which modifies Order TDF/436/2024, of May 10, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to small and medium-sized enterprises for the contracting of Advisory Services for Digital Transformation within the framework of the Digital Spain 2026 Agenda, the SME Digitization Plan 2021-2025 and the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of Spain - Funded by the European Union - Next Generation EU (Agents of Change-Kit Consulting Program).
