On December 30, the Extract of the Resolution of December 23, 2025, of the Board of Directors of EPE Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE), MP by which the first call for grants for projects to strengthen the industrial value chain of clean technologies and its key components, within the Framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, Funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU and the Clean Industry Pact, was published in the BOE.
Main aspects:
Beneficiaries: public or private legal entities (including groups), that meet the requirements of the regulatory bases.
Objective: to support industrial investment projects for the manufacture of final products and key components of clean technologies (REPowerEU).
Types of projects : creation of new industrial establishments, expansion of production capacity or conversion of existing lines.
Total budget: €355 million, divided into two incentive programs (€25 million and €330 million).
Concession regime: competitive bidding (state aid authorized by the European Commission).
Application deadline: from January 22, 2026 (9:00 a.m.) to February 25, 2026 (12:00 p.m.).
Execution of projects : up to 48 months from the concession resolution.
