TOWARDS ELECTRONIC INVOICING: FACTUONE PROGRAM AVAILABLE FOR OUR MEMBERS IN COGITI TOOLBOX

The new obligations derived from the VERI*FACTU system represent a significant change for companies and professionals in terms of invoicing, by requiring the adaptation of computer systems to the requirements established according to Royal Decree 1007/2023, of December 5, and its modification of Royal Decree 254/2025, of April 1, which will be mandatory for companies subject to corporate tax and professionals.

This software represents a fully valid alternative adapted to the regulatory framework , making it easier for professionals to comply with regulations in a simple and secure way.

This application is available to Members through COGITI TOOLBOX.

Aware of the importance that this regulation has for the professional practice of our members and for companies in the sector, we would like to invite you to participate in the Information Day organized by COGITIM , in which these new legal requirements will be explained in detail and a technological tool will be presented that will facilitate their implementation.
