The Council of Ministers, in accordance with the provisions of a Royal Decree of October 29, 2007 establishing the organization of official university education, has approved, until the appropriate reforms of the regulation of professions are established with General character in Spain, the conditions that will be applicable to the curricula leading to the obtaining of the official university degrees that enable for the exercise of the different professions of Technical Engineer and Engineer that are listed below:
Technical Engineer Professions:
- Aeronautical Technical Engineer
- Agricultural Technical Engineer
- Forest Technical Engineer
- Technical industrial engineer
- Mining Technical Engineer
- Naval Technical Engineer
- Public Works Technical Engineer
- Telecommunications Technical Engineer
- Technical Engineer in Surveying
Engineer Professions:
- Aeronautic engineer.
- Agricultural engineer
- Engineer of roads, canals and ports
- Industrial Engineer
- Mine engineer
- Mountain engineer
- Naval and Oceanic Engineer
- Telecommunications Engineer
The curricula leading to the obtaining of the official university degrees that enable for the exercise of each of the aforementioned professions of Technical Engineer and Engineer must guarantee the acquisition of the necessary skills to exercise the corresponding profession, in accordance with the regulations in the applicable regulations.
Likewise, said curricula must comply, in addition to the provisions of the aforementioned Royal Decree of October 29, 2007, the requirements established by the Ministry of Science and Innovation regarding objectives and denomination of the degree, and the planning of teaching.
To date, the conditions to be applied to the curricula that lead to the obtaining of qualifications for the exercise have been established, through the appropriate Council of Ministers Agreements, at the proposal of the Minister of Science and Innovation. of regulated professions of Teacher in Early Childhood Education; Teacher in Primary Education; Professor of Compulsory and Baccalaureate Secondary Education, Vocational Training and Language Teaching; Technical architect; Architect; Doctor; Vet; Dentist; Nursing; Pharmacist and Physiotherapist.
