On June 23, the Extract of the Order of June 23, 2025, which calls for the subsidies provided for in Royal Decree 309/2022, of May 3, was published in the BOE.

Purpose of the subsidies.

Compensation, in the form of a subsidy, of the indirect costs attributable to greenhouse gas emissions reflected in electricity prices in 2024, in accordance with Royal Decree 309/2022 of May 3, published in the Official State Gazette on May 4, 2022, and under Directive 2018/410 of the European Parliament and of the Council of March 14, 2018, amending Directive 2003/87/EC to intensify emission reductions in a cost-effective manner and facilitate investments in low-carbon technologies.
