COLLABORATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN CETIT AND ROYAL AUTOMOBILE CLUB OF CATALONIA (RACC)

RACC is a mobility services club and its aim is to promote its services and products among CETIT members, which include different types of personal, family, mechanical, health and home assistance, which are part of the benefits of the different types of RACC membership.

The RACC offer to CETIT members will be a 20% discount on the annual fee for the RACC Global membership type, with the discount being applied to the prices in force at all times.

The promotion of RACC services and products by CETIT will be done through its website, in the CETIT agreements section, and RACC services and products can only be contracted from the private area of each CETIT member, after validating their membership in CETIT. Once inside the private area, CETIT members will be able to access a RACC contracting page (with RACC & CETIT co-branding), already on the RACC servers, where all the necessary data will be collected for contracting the services and products.

The renewal of the modality will be annual, and in the event of a modification of the RACC Global fee, the new conditions will be informed, solely and exclusively, to the member, always maintaining the 20% discount of this agreement, or the equivalent benefit of subsequent agreements.

The RACC Global promotional price will be maintained as long as this agreement remains in force, and the member maintains their status as a member of the CETIT. In this regard, the RACC reserves the right to request, on a timely basis, the member number, to validate the renewal.
