Subsidized training, a program or continuing education, is subsidized training that allows companies to provide their workers with training actions, related to the company's activity or workplace, so that they can update or improve their skills at no cost to either the company or the worker.
Knowing the importance that this training can have both for companies (engineering studies, factories, etc.), and for the workers themselves, including the staff of the Associations themselves, we would like to invite all Members and their companies to participate in this Conference organized by COGITI and FUNDAE for our Organization on the "S" taking place on June 10, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in IN-PRESENTIAL format (COGITIM Conference Room - Carrer Jordà 14, Madrid) and STREAMING so that all the questions we believe necessary can be raised.

- Regulations governing the training initiative programmed by companies and individual training permits.
- How can companies participate in this initiative: as a subsidized company, organizing entities and/or as training entities.
- Application available to entities to manage the credit assigned to companies for professional training for employment.
