Review the work permits of non-EU employees

They recommend that, if you have non-EU employees in your workforce, make sure that their work permits are valid and that they comply with the regulations.

Failure to do so will result in fines ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 euros.

And the fact is that the Administration has launched an inspection campaign to, precisely, check that workers of foreign nationality, in this case non-EU nationals, have the corresponding work permit to carry out their professional activity in the Spanish State.
