Establishment of a Cadastral Information Point

The College has assumed the commitment to establish a Cadastral Information Point (PIC), where it will be possible to consult and obtain electronic certification of the information incorporated in the National Cadastral Database by accessing the Electronic Registry Office, prior authorization or representation of the cadastral owner of the properties, which will be necessary whenever access to protected cadastral data is sought.

Through the PICs, the services established in the second section of the Resolution of January 15, 2019, of the General Directorate of the Cadastre, which approves the regime for the establishment and operation of the Information Points, can be provided cadastral The services provided by Enginyers Tarragona as a PIC are those corresponding to letters a), b), c) and id):

• Consultation of non-protected cadastral data, certification of the cadastral reference and mapping consultation.
• Consultation and certification of cadastral data protected by the cadastral holders, their representatives or persons authorized by them.
• Negative certification of real estate or of the circumstance of not appearing as a cadastral owner.
• Consultation for the cadastral holders on information relating to the aid requests of the last campaign of the Common Agricultural Policy (PAC) in relation to the rustic plots of their ownership declared in those requests.

Members who wish to consult the PIC services must request it through the e-mails fran.fernandez@ingenijerstarragona.cat or antoni.blanquez@ingenijerstarragona.cat prior to the request and authorization of their clients, for the performance of their professional work.

Citizens can only access PIC services in person.

The PIC's face-to-face service hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. It is necessary to request an appointment in advance, indicating the desired time of the appointment and the service you wish to access. In this way, we will be able to advise you before the transfer of the documents that must be provided in order to be able to provide the requested service.
