Last January 20, the Resolution of January 15, 2024, of the Secretary of State for Industry, was published in the BOE, which revises the quotient between consumption and gross added value to qualify for the electro-intensive consumer category , referred to by Royal Decree 1106/2020, of December 15, which regulates the Statute of electro-intensive consumers.
