Data and Services reminds you of the term of the next tax obligations:
From January 1 to 20:
- FOURTH QUARTER OF URBAN PROPERTY RENTAL DEDUCTIONS.
From 1 to 31 January:
- Fourth quarter of VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT).
If your activity is covered by the General VAT Regime, you must bring us the BOOK OF INCOME AND THE BOOK OF PURCHASES AND EXPENSES, and if applicable the RENTAL RECEIPTS for the quarter, in order to make the settlements. .
The book of purchases and expenses must break down the different types of VAT applied with their respective taxable bases.
We would be grateful if you could send us your quarterly statements and stop by our offices BEFORE JANUARY 14TH .
