Enginyers Tarragona has been one of the entities accredited as an Energy Transition Promotion Office in Catalonia

Enginyers Tarragona has been one of the entities accredited as an Office for the Promotion of the Energy Transition in Catalonia, an initiative promoted by the ICAEN to accompany, free of charge, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on the path towards a more efficient, renewable and sustainable energy model.

The lines of action that will be worked on by the Office are the following:

  • Energy generation and storage projects from renewable sources.
  • Energy efficiency projects.
  • Energy community projects.
  • Electric mobility projects.
  • Aid and subsidies

An appointment is required for the service, which allows us to offer personalized attention and ensure that each user receives the appropriate information and advice at the right time.

This way, we can better organize our calendar and offer you a more efficient service adapted to your needs.

Once the SME has decided on the energy transition measures to implement, the people registered with CETIT who are experts in energy transition, the Certified Technical Energy Engineers (ETEC), come into play.

OTEC will provide a list of ETECs so that the company can contact them and formalize the order for professional services for the development of the corresponding project.

Throughout the project implementation process, OTEC will carry out:

  • Monitoring the progress of the project.
  • Advice on grants, subsidies, permits, deductions and financing.

The Energy Transition Office is a support point for SMEs that want to move towards a more sustainable energy model. It offers personalized advice, assists in the processing of aid and subsidies, and promotes actions to reduce consumption and emissions. It also promotes training and innovation in renewable energies and energy efficiency, facilitating the transformation of the productive fabric towards a greener, more resilient and competitive future.
