Until a few years ago, many companies adopted a reactive position in the commercial area. There has not been much importance to this part of the business, prioritizing the effort, for example, in productive activity. In addition, the engineer is not "trained" as a basis for the sale, but usually has a different utility for the company.

Nowadays, everyone in our work is commercial in one way or another. All this has changed for two fundamental reasons

1. The customer is increasingly demanding and requests that their contact (usually a commercial one) have the ability to solve problems, provide solutions and know the products technically.

2. An enormously fluctuating demand and, on average, significantly low compared to previous years. That's because companies give more importance to commercial empowerment and that the company's focus is more on the client's side and less on the process.


In this sense,
the objective of the course is to provide basic tools to an engineer, a manager of SMEs with high added value or others to know:

Fully evaluate your situation in the market or assigned area.
Be able to build your own business strategy based on clear, realistic and tangible goals: sales, positioning, evolution ... etc
Check the results of its evolution and correct, if necessary, the actions
