Course PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL

This course is designed to train, evaluate and measure the knowledge of professionals in the sector objectively in all areas of the project, even without the completion of the subsequent certification exam, for the management of complex projects in different environments and organizations with a Recognized standard ANSI 99-001-2000, ISO17024 and ISO 9011: 2000 for Quality Management Systems.

The objective is to give a complete and practical and flexible view of the whole profession of the Project Manager from the context of carrying out their tasks to the skills needed to develop them. The methods, techniques and tools for project management will be analyzed in an efficient, practical and satisfactory manner.

It is aimed at project leaders from the public or private sectors, members of project teams, project offices and senior executives that seek to achieve solidity and training for the implementation, management, control and delivery of products, projects and services to customers of all sectors.

Additionally, because it is taught how to apply PM Interactional standards in the real world, it is ideal to refresh project management knowledge with an ISO and ANSI standard before submitting to the PMP®, Certifiacation exam PMI exam.

The PMI has confirmed the modification of the examination for accreditation on August 31, 2011 , hence the importance of being able to complete the training in July.

TEACHING STAFF: Olga Moreno, a professional with more than 18 years of experience in Project Management in the Industrial, automotive, aeronautical and logistics sector. Manager of PLANNER Project Managers, works in international, virtual or face-to-face environments in team management of multidisciplinary projects.
Associate professor in business schools: EAE, EADA and the Master's in   Project Management of La Salle , others.

CALENDAR: July 20, 21 and 22, 2011 , from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Wednesdays to Fridays)

DURATION: 15 hours.

DOCUMENTATION: tracking documentation will be delivered.

CERTIFICATION: CETIT will issue a certificate of attendance to the course prior to the request of the participant. Minimum attendance of 80% of the teaching hours.
The certificates issued by the Tripartite Foundation for Employment Training will be issued automatically without prior request. Minimum attendance of 80% of the teaching hours.
