Rehabilitation and judicial review

With the development of this module, it is intended to provide constructive solutions in the acoustic rehabilitation of homes and criteria of quality and acoustic comfort. A procedure is proposed to detect and evaluate the acoustic anomalies and the necessary steps to make acoustic opinions and assessments, both today and that, in the coming years can acquire a fundamental weight and constitute a true judicial specialty

The module will be complemented by practical examples in order to provide better performance guidelines for students with a view to possible expert activity

Project and technical control


Without previous knowledge, attendees can acquire the basic training of sound insulation and quality in buildings and introduce themselves into the current acoustic parameters and acoustics or to be used in future national or European regulations. It facilitates the criteria of acoustic quality and how to use the measuring equipment. It is practiced by means of exercises, calculations of sound propagation, acoustic absorption and sound insulation in premises. A simplified calculation of sound insulation to air noise between homes and facades is facilitated. They propose solutions and criteria of attenuation to noise of impact. The incidence of the CTE HR (Technical Building Code) is commented in groups and practices of "in situ" measurements of time of reverberation and of insulation are done
