With the publication of the new Regulation of Thermal Installations in Buildings (RITE), RD 1027/2007, of July 20 (BOE 07/29/07), the current Regulations Heating, Air conditioning and Sanidad Caliente, para adaptarlo a los avances tecnológicos y a la política de la energía y protección del medioambiente.
The CTE introduces the basic documents and, among other things, the DB HE 1 of limiting the energy demand in buildings, which is obligatory from September 26 to September 2, 29 (09/29 / 2006).
For all this, the type projects are adapted to the new regulations, with the goal that all the technicians and projectors of the sector can elaborate them in the future complying with these new technical and security requirements.

FIRST SESSION
Decree 865/2003, of July 4, which establishes hygienic-sanitary criteria for the prevention and control of legionellosis.
CTE: DB HE of energy saving.
DB HE1. Limitation of energy demand.
SECOND SESSION
Calculation of heating and sanitary hot water installations: Type project. Sheets of heating and ACS calculation.
DB HE 4. Obtaining of ACS for thermal solar energy at low temperature. Type project Prevention of corrosion of facilities: calculation, design, materials, etc.

Calculation and design of ducts: assembly and installation. Charging losses. Thermal and acoustic insulation. Fire protection Indoor air quality.
FOURTH SESSION
Design and comfort conditions: approach to the problem of air conditioning. Calculation and development. Type project of an autonomous air conditioning installation. Air conditioning: centralized facilities. Building control and management systems: type project. Heat pump: applications.
SCHEDULE: The two days from 9 to 14 and from 4 to 7 pm.
PROFESSOR: Luis Miret Mas, Industrial Engineer.
He has participated in several courses and seminars throughout his professional life, directs and imparts courses within the field REBT, CTE and RITE.
