CIRCULAR CODE: 69/08
Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data affects both natural and legal persons and is compulsory for the simple fact of having an activity.
The implementation of security measures to preserve personal data must be expressed in a physical security document.
That is why this conference will be organized by Mestre Consulting, a company with which a collaboration agreement has recently been signed to provide specialized professional services in accordance with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (informative circular 56 / 08).
She will be in charge of Ms. Anna Folch, Advocada de Mestre Consulting, expert in protection of personal data and services of the information society and electronic commerce.
