Course on TIME MANAGEMENT

Within the programmed courses on personal and professional skills, we have organized a course on professional TIME MANAGEMENT , in order to analyze its use and find systems and / or instruments to optimize it.

The time factor is that resource we all have and sometimes we do not know how to manage it in an effective way. Learning to organize the use of time and prioritizing tasks are one of the objectives of this course.

PROGRAM: Duration: 9 hours

1. Introduction.
2. The thieves of time: type. Identification of the own thieves.
3. Organize the use of time: the agenda.
4. Acquire the methodology of work to know how to do a daily work plan.
5. Learn to prioritize. Importance versus urgency
6. Objectives: definition and characteristics.
7. The organization of the day to day and the use of daily work tools: telephone, email.
8. The delegation.
9. Individual work plan.

DOCUMENTATION: course tracking documentation will be provided.

PROFESSOR: Joan Antoni Martínez Rosas, quality consultant and trainer. IT Engineer specialized in ITIL process design and management. During all these years he has developed an intense task in the training world, both in teaching and academic and organizational work.
