On June 17th, the new Law 2/2007, of March 15, on Professional Corporations will enter into force. This entails the need to adapt those societies that are today constituted. However, the Law regulates the liability regime of the members and administrators of these companies and their registration and registration system.
For this reason, and given the significance of this new norm that affects all the societies that are currently constituted and whose purpose is the exercise of the engineering, this informative conference has been organized that will be in charge of Mr. Pere Grau i Valls, legal adviser to CETIT , to receive more information directly and raise those questions that may be of concern.
