An outing has been organized in the town of Verdú (Lleida), on November 11th , where you can enjoy a visit to the Verdú Toy and Autumn Museum , a guided tour of the village and a lunch at La Graella Restaurant .
The PROGRAM of this output is as follows (approximate timetables):
8:00 p.m. Departure from Tortosa, Peix de Tortosa market.
09.15 h. Departure from Tarragona, Pl. Imperial Tarraco, (before the university).
9:30 p.m. Departure from Reus, Passeig Mata (before the residence of the pensioners).
10.45 h. Arrival at Verdú.
11:00 p.m. Guided tour of the Museum of Toys and Automata.
12.30 h. Guided tour through the town of Verdú (declared a municipality of tourist interest).
2:00 pm Lunch at La Graella Restaurant. After lunch, free time will be available until return time.
6:00 p.m. Return with the corresponding stops.

MAGICAL RECORDS OF CHILDREN
This suggestive space is the result of the effort, the certainty and the enthusiasm of Manel Mayoral, son of this town of Urgell, who has decided to show the public the fruit of 25 years of research and acquisition of toys of the most varied times and origins. The building of the museum, located in the main square of the village, stands out for its dimensions: in fact, it covers the space occupied by four houses, among them the old manor house of Can Jan. The museum has four floors and has a total area of 2000 m2. . After a lifetime of collectors of antiques, Manel Mayoral wanted to offer a rich and extensive sample composed of about 900 pieces of all kinds.
VERDÚ is one of the oldest towns in Catalonia. In its surroundings, archaeological remains have been found in different periods; from discoveries of the prehistoric stage through Iberian, Roman and medieval. The population was conquered by Ramon Berenguer I, count of Barcelona, in 1055-1056. Verdú's first document says that the count made a donation to Arnau Company, his wife and his son, after Verdú's castlania was more than two centuries in the hands of the Arnau de Verdú family.
