An initiation course has been organized at CATA D'OLIS where you can learn to differentiate the extra virgin oil from the virgin and the flashing as well as the elaboration thereof.
This will be given by Mr. Josep M. Buqueres Ferré, technical manager of the Cooperative Agrarian Union oils and Degree in Chemical Sciences laboratory.
