| Objectives: | It is a brief and experiential training proposal aimed at professionals who want to improve their way of leading from awareness, emotional regulation and relational quality. The session combines a clear conceptual base with practical dynamics, applied examples and spaces for reflection so that participants can identify what they can start doing differently in their professional day-to-day. The proposal focuses on active listening, empathy, self-awareness, emotional management and problem solving as central axes of leadership skills. Objectives: Promote a more conscious, assertive and empathetic leadership style. Improve interpersonal communication and active listening skills. Promote emotional awareness and regulation in situations of pressure. Provide practical strategies for managing difficult situations and conflicts. Close the session with a small action plan applicable to the professional environment. |
