| Program: | - Identify the different types of negotiation and their characteristics. - Know the negotiation process and its different stages. - Plan a negotiation and put it into practice successfully, using the most appropriate techniques for each situation. - Know the key points in the negotiation process. - Knowing how to find and detect the appropriate strategy and tactics depending on the negotiation process to be addressed. |
