| Addressed to: | The course is aimed at engineers who exercise optional management or draft projects for the public sector, engineers who work in public administrations and represent property or participate in the processing of contracts, and engineers from construction and installation companies who regularly participate in public tenders. |
| Objectives: | Provide engineers with the knowledge and tools necessary to correctly apply the LCSP and the RGLCAP in the preparation, bidding, management, execution and management of works and service contracts in the public sector, both from the Administration and from companies and optional departments. |
| Program: | Day 1. Regulatory framework, contracting bodies and contract managers. Preparation of the works contract: project, specifications and procurement file. Day 2. Award procedures, award criteria and initial documentation. Execution of the works contract (I): re-planning, technical and economic control. Day 3. Execution of the works contract (II): modifications, extensions and incidents. Execution of the works contract (III): review of prices, penalties, reception and settlement. Day 4. Good practices in works and services tenders: how to prepare competitive offers. Case study. |

| Certification: | Once the training action has been completed, students will obtain a certificate of attendance that can be downloaded from the platform. |
