Objectives:

The Anti-Fraud Law and the new Regulation on Invoicing Computer Systems (SIF) introduce important changes in the way companies and professionals must issue and manage their invoices. This course offers a clear and practical view of the new legal obligations, the available options (VERIFACTU and NO VERIFACTU) and the technical requirements that all invoicing programs must meet.

  • Learn about the new obligations imposed by the Anti-Fraud Law regarding invoicing.
  • Identify who is required to use Computerized Billing Systems (SIF) and when the regulations come into force.
  • Understand the difference between VERIFACT and NON-VERIFACT systems.
  • Learn what technical requirements a billing program must meet to be legal.
  • Analyze the sanctions in case of non-compliance and the alternatives available to adapt in time.
  • Apply knowledge to practical cases to find out how the new regulations will affect each professional activity.
Program: In this context, we will focus on one of the most impactful technological revolutions of our time: Artificial Intelligence. AI is transforming our society and the way many industries work. Applicable legislation and regulations:

Law 11/2021, of July 9, on measures to prevent and combat tax fraud. Regulation that establishes the general requirements that invoicing software must meet (RD 1007/2023). Order regulating technical aspects (Order HAC/1177/2024).
