Targets: | We offer you the first Postgraduate Course in Legalization of Activities that exists in the state. Responds to the evolution of a course, largely consolidated, carried out by ENGINYERS BCN with more than 10 years of existence. The need to expand topics, address new and necessary fields such as the BIM and the complexity of the different fields has led to the creation of this Postgraduate course lasting 166 hours. It is a Postgraduate course devoted mainly to engineers and to the world of activities in general either for legalization, from the point of view of the public administration or of the control entities. It is aimed at university professionals who want to introduce themselves in the field of carrying out activities projects or inexperienced engineers who want to expand their field of work. It is also designed for professionals who want to update in the electronic processing, updated in the regulations and administrative procedures for processing licenses of current activities. An overview of the regulations that affect the activities will be given, and more specifically, of the legalization, processing and the necessary requirements to start them up. New issues such as BIM or electronic administration and other collaterals such as associated works, facilities or other regulations that can affect health issues, occupational health or Civil Protection are also addressed. Key points: 1. Know everything you need to be able to take responsibility for a project of activities. 2. Update the knowledge about the current procedure, the regulations of application and the different interpretations, for professionals with experience but that need to be up to date. 3. Have a broad knowledge about the regulations of reference and the process of activities projects. 4. Know the structure and content of an activity project 5.
