Taking into account that industrial installations with cooling towers or hot water must be modified according to Royal Decree 865/2003 before July 2004, this conference is organized to deal with the following topics:

· "Legal framework of the Legionnaire. Interpretation of Royal Decree 865/2003 ", by Mr. Román Piñana, Lawyer of the Cabinet GES 40, Legal advice specializing in Health and Environmental Law
· "Cooling systems for refrigerant gases used in refrigeration installations", by Mr. Jose Maria Nacenta, Dr. Engineer, Director of Ecotermin (Ecological Thermal Engineering), professor at the Abat Oliva University
· "Advantages of the New Technologies of Non-chemical Water Treatment in Refrigeration Towers and Evaporative Condensers", by Mr. Manel Bellsolell, Dr. Industrial Engineer and Director of Ecotermin.
