Targets:	- Critically evaluate the thermal behavior of existing buildings - Address different systems of action based on the diagnosis established and act globally in a proper way - Acquire specific skills to rehabilitate the buildings (the evolution and facilities) with the maximum possible energy efficiency, while reviewing the applicable regulations.
