| Teaching staff: | Joan Ramírez Guasch, freelance trainer in energy certification. Associate Professor of the DEM of the URV and a doctorate in energy efficiency at the URV. Professor of the energy certification courses of the URV, IL-3 UB, ITL, ITEC, and various professional colleges (installers, engineers, etc.). |
| Targets: | Introduce a computer tool that allows you to evaluate and simulate the energy savings in a building without modifying the building's surroundings or the air conditioning systems, but focusing only on its operational and operating conditions. CE3 is a building energy simulation program based on CALENER GT, incorporating a whole definition module of the COF (Operational and Operating Conditions). This module allows you to define the internal load profile of the building, assigning very specific values to the occupation, lighting, equipment, ventilation and set temperature of the air conditioning systems. This tool, therefore, allows you to simulate and study the savings in any building simply taking into account and modifying its way of working, that is, its daily profile (hours of work, hours of lighting, turn off the air conditioning equipment or lower the set-point setpoint, etc.). The RD 235/2013, which approves the basic procedure for energy certification in buildings, establishes that all buildings occupied by a public entity with a useful area exceeding 500 m2 must have the energy certification. These buildings will mostly correspond to the large tertiary sector. Many of these buildings have a great energy consumption, mostly determined by the schedule and the way they work. In order to reduce energy consumption, changes are made to schedules, vary the profile of hours of work, holidays, etc. Defining the COF of a building means identifying and introducing all the internal loads of the building corresponding to employment, equipment and lighting (latent and sensitive fractions, specific powers, etc.), as well as defining the set temperature and timing of operation of the air conditioning equipment. This precise introduction of the COF of a building allows to define a very exact profile of the reality of the operation of the building under study. The COF definition with the CE3 program would allow you to answer questions such as: How much energy can I save if instead of working from 9-14h and from 17-20h I work from 8-16h? How much energy can I save if instead of turning off the A / C, I keep it on with a lower setpoint temperature? |
| Contents: | - The potential for calculation of CE3 compared to other certification programs. - Definition of COF in the small tertiary module. - Definition of COF in the large tertiary module. - Resolution of practical cases of the systems of air conditioning of large tertiary buildings, both in CE3 as in CE3X. |
| Recipients: | The course is aimed at professionals who want to dedicate or deepen into the energy certification of existing buildings or carry out energy audits. |
| Documentation: | Tracking documentation will be delivered. |
| What is the FTFE? | The TRIPARTITA FOUNDATION FOR TRAINING IN EMPLOYMENT is the body that regulates, controls and administers the annual credit that all companies have to train their employees. With this credit, the allowances are deducted through payments to the Social Security, through the TCs. Who can bonify? Workers who are listed in the general regime. EXAMPLE: A course that the price is € 100, where 100% of the amount is bonus, the company will have to pay - € 100 to the Social Security, through the TCs. |
| Instructions to bonify: | Request the forms at CETIT It provides all the information 7 calendar days before the start of the course. |
| Payment method: | Payment through your account number, which you must provide at the time of registration. |
| Certification: | A certificate of accreditation and assistance will be given to the completion of the training. Those who request to discount the cusp through the Tripartite Foundation for Training in Employment, will also have a certificate issued by the FTFE. |
| Professional Accreditation: | This training is competent to prove to COGITI your training. More information: http://www.acreditacioncogitidpc.es |
