Due to the change produced at CTE DB-HE "Energy Saving", Order 1635/2013 of September 10 the house DMELECT will give this November a practical theoretical course that will be based, mainly, on thermal installations, Be aware at all times in the DMELECT programs. In any case, all the technical concepts will be explained theoretically.
