[WEBINAR] ELECTRONIC INVOICING: "TOOLBOX FACTUONE PROGRAM". Streaming mode

We invite you to a mixed session to explain the new legal requirements for Electronic Invoicing (Law 18/2022, of September 28) and present you with software that you can purchase from the Cogiti TOOLBOX Platform, to be able to comply with the aforementioned obligation. This software is called FACTUONE from the company EVOLK.

“The regulation requires that billing systems be adapted to Royal Decree 1007/2023, of December 5 (and its modification via Royal Decree 254/2025, of April 1) before January 1, 2026 for companies subject to Corporate Tax, and before July 1, 2026 for the rest of companies and professionals.

"For this, we will have the tax advisor of the College, Mr. Miguel López and the EVOLK Company with the head of Electronic Invoicing, Mr. José Manuel Hernández, who will explain to us how the program works. This software complies with and is adapted to the SIF/*VERI**FACTU regulation and has the corresponding declaration of compliance from the supplier.

Images and recording of the course: we inform you that, in compliance with the provisions of the RGPD, the current legal regulations on data protection and Law 1/1982 on civil protection, the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image, photographs will be taken during the course and in certain cases they will be recorded and/or broadcast live. In no case will the name of the Interested Party be published. The image is used legitimately by the legitimate interest of the College to promote these courses and their possible subsequent viewing by attendees.

Due to the fact of attending, these images will be kept and while the course is posted on the platform. Once the deadline for later viewing has passed, it will no longer be posted on the platform and the images will be deleted with appropriate security measures.

Likewise, you have the right to request access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data and the limitation and opposition to its processing by sending an email to dpd@cetit.org.
